If anyone knows of a good recipe that uses brussels sprouts, a rutabaga and some baby zucchini- please be sure to let me know. Someone went a little crazy in the vegetable department at Whole Foods.

  1. Yeah, I love roasted vegetables with oil and salt and pepper. Otherwise, cut them all up at same sizes and put them in a baking pan and make some kind of ratatouille with it.
