The very best kind of day is when it is your day off and it is storming and your sweet little boy asks you to cuddle on the couch with him. And when you do, he pulls up a quilt and snuggles in against you and places his tiny little hand on your belly so he can feel his sister move. And, as you snuggle and listen to the storm (and try to tune out the annoyance of Elmo’s World in the background) you realize you could stay like that forever.
