Maybe it is hard to tell, but I’ve gotten substantially bigger this week. I’ve outgrown a number of my favorite jeans, which just doesn’t seem right. They started to fit at 20 weeks, and outgrown by 33. I call that bad design. I’m now at the point where I don’t feel cute and pregnant like every other pregnant woman I see, I feel big. And EVERYONE else looks so incredibly skinny. And I really want to wear normal clothes.

For the most part, this past week was really kind to me. Besides being tired and achy, I felt better than I have in a long time. At my appointment Friday, we learned that baby girl is finally head down! Hopefully that relieves some pressure and I faint less. I’m pretty sure that is why my belly stretched out so much.

I think we are getting closer to being ready for this baby girl, May is going to just fly by and then the month of June is the “any day now…” month. Devan can hardly wait, I don’t think he understands why this is all taking so long!! I hope he isn’t dissapointed by the reality of a newborn. They aren’t quite the playmates that I think he is expecting..

  1. Ha! I wish I still had a pregnant belly (without the discomfort of course) because now I just have a flabby stomach in its place that is not as cute.I think you look fantastic!

  2. You may feel fat but you look amazing. Arms are skinny, face is still skinny – when I look back at pictures of me at this stage, I had the fattest face ever. You look great!

  3. I think you look great! All it looks like is you have is a little basketball baby!! I hope heads down is a postive for you. You are on your way!P.S. It was great talking to you the other day, sorry I had to cut it a little short.. I'll call you soon.
